Students of GD Goenka International School, Ahmedabad were taken on an exciting educational trip to the nearest Reliance Smart Bazaar to gain a real-life experience of how a modern supermarket functions.

The objective of this visit was to help students:

• Understand the working of a supermarket.

• Observe product categorization, billing systems, and customer service.

• Learn about marketing, offers, and discounts in retail.

• Explore the importance of hygiene, storage, and packaging.

During the visit, students were guided through different sections such as groceries, fresh produce, dairy, household goods, and fashion. They observed how items were displayed systematically and how technology supports billing and inventory.

The activity concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students enthusiastically shared their observations and asked insightful questions.
